My daughter loves this app. I only wish it had the bedtime song: "It's time to sleep; the day is done. Let's countdown to calm down, 5 4 3 2 1.". I also wish the potty song had 'Wipe' in it, as girls need to always wipe... Full Review

So grateful that PBS has honored Fred Rodger's legacy with wholesome and thoughtful entertainment and education for children and families. Daniel Tiger is a well constructed and age appropriate show full of valuable life lessons reinforced by simple sweet songs. all aspects of the show are sure to delight children and their parents. this app gives parents the tools to reinforce the same character building lessons from the show. My 3yr old daughter absolutely adores Daniel tiger. I grew up watching Mr. Roger's neighborhood (I even used to call him"dada" because he always did the exact same thing as my dad weekend he'd walk through the door every day, haha) so it's really nice that now my daughter also has a modern take on such a classic learning tool that we can kind of share in the experienced together. Her favorite toys are her Daniel tiger action figures! I hope my littlest (3mos) will also take to Daniel like the older one did! Thank you for providing such quality, reliable programs! Full Review

We love DT & his family and friends. My now 5yr old daughter enjoys it & I enjoy the educational t.v. instead of the garbage thats elsewhere. We have a different family though, where her dad is not in the home and he lives half the year in a different state, and it would be nice to see some coping skills from Catarina & her Mom Mrs. Pussycat (lol her name). There is a diverse set of family demographics on the show & some insight into possible life lessons for child with family make up like X with no parents, Catarina Kitty with her mom, Miss Elaina and her interracial parents (love that!), and Prince Wednesday with his big brother. Otherwise, its well liked in our house :) Full Review

I really like this app in theory. DT songs have been instrumental in helping our daughter share, try new foods, and transition from one activity to the next. We sing them often in our day. I was looking forward to having snippets of all these songs at my disposal... But I'm disappointed the app includes video clips so prominently. Right below the button to make any song play, there's a big enticing still shot of a video clip between 2-4 minutes long of the episode featuring the song. It even has a play arrow on it. Nearly every kid recognizes that at once! My child wants to play that video any time I pull up a song. That disrupts the flow of the day/renders this app useless for me. I wish the screen just said *in text* "see the episode here" instead. Alternatively, I would pay for an "upgrade" where I could remove the video from the app. Full Review
